You'll be surrounded by nature, with the fells and Coniston Water in view from our retreat home.
Every day we'll get outside! Coniston Water (third largest of the Lake District lakes) is on the door step, with lovely Tarn Hows close by. For keen/able walkers we will have a guided hike up the Old Man of Coniston.
There'll be a schedule each day but you can rest as much as needed in the comfortable and cosy bedrooms; along with the lovely reception rooms in the house.
Sian will curate energising and freeing morning yoga and breathwork practices for you; and shorter evening sessions to relieve sore muscles and enable you to wind down as dusk falls.

Our home for the retreat is a historic 1840 period property located on the shores of Coniston Water.
Its elevated position provides sensational views of the lake and high fells beyond with the village of Coniston within walking distance. Coniston is an historic location, with links to artistic and literary figures John Ruskin and Arthur Ransome, author of Swallows and Amazons.
Rooms are large and provide space to sit and read, practice yoga or just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. All rooms are en suite.
Cosy up and chill out post-practice and after a day by the lake or out in the fells!
Savour the open spaces and quiet nooks to read and rest between activities.
Famous Coniston village is within walking distance, so is perfect for a stroll and for an evening at one of the local pubs.

Sian will start your day with an energising morning breathwork and yoga practice.
Evening sessions are designed to soothe and help you wind down, relieving muscles worked from walking! and setting you up for a relaxing evening and good night's rest.
Sian is an experienced yoga teacher who takes inspiration from Vinyasa and Forrest yoga (which she practises), as well as her dance and gymnastics background. Sian is also a trained breathwork and meditation teacher and has added these wonderful wellbeing tools to her regular practice and teaching.

What bliss to spend these days in the gorgeous green Dorset countryside. The peace of the place: the birds singing, fields of wildflowers and roses in bloom...the charming chocolate box thatched cottages in the neighbouring village, all provided the perfect backdrop to our retreat.
Yogis were able to relax and settle into the luxurious accommodation; enjoy the swimming pool and sauna, the gardens and each other's company. We had great fun together and created beautiful memories.
