Join Jambo for an immersive and transformative weekend workshop that integrates yoga asana (postures), somatic practice, energetics, and applied bodywork within a clear bio-mechanical framework.
This is a rare and unmissable opportunity to practice with international teacher, Jambo, in the UK this year!
Suitable for keen yoga practitioners and teachers.
Many people assume joint restriction improves by stretching further. In reality, joints often feel compressed when load is not shared efficiently through the system. When force does not transfer smoothly from the ground upward, specific joints absorb excess pressure. Over time this creates density, guarding, and reduced movement options.
In this workshop you will:
* Explore how breath mechanics influence pelvic and rib positioning
* Assess standing and gait patterns that shape hip and shoulder load
* Practice yoga asana sequences designed to redistribute effort
* Use somatic drills to refine coordination and joint support
We will also explore how energetic pathways influence structural tension.
Through guided bodywork around the waist and hips, you will experience how releasing specific fascial and energetic lines can transform pelvic mobility and reduce recurring compression patterns. This introduces how meridian based therapy integrates with biomechanics to create lasting change.
As compression reduces and load redistributes, joints feel lighter, more supported, and more available for movement.
You will leave with practical tools for your practice, for teaching, therapeutic sequencing, and hands on application, along with a deeper understanding of how structural and energetic systems interrelate.

A shape-shifting alchemist of wellness, Jambo weaves ancient wisdom with modern mastery.
Equal parts mystic and scientist, he’s the kind of teacher who can decode fascia like scripture, summon dakinis mid-flow, and teach biomechanics with the timing of a stand-up comic.
Raised at the edges, Jambo learned early how to blend structure with soul.
His work with marginalized communities, local authorities, and people navigating trauma, pain, and addiction has shaped an approach that is as practical as it is profound — rooting deep spiritual teachings in the messy, miraculous business of real life.
He questions everything, protects lineage and integrity like a dragon guards treasure, and insists on embodiment before enlightenment.
Whether anchoring students in pelvic stability or guiding a global sangha through mantra, movement, and magnetism, Jambo’s work is a living transmission: tender, technical, transformative.
